Order Processing
All orders will be processed and confirmed within 5-10 working days after payment is completed. We will inspect product quality, package integrity and order details carefully before shipment to avoid errors and defective goods delivery. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We adopt reliable and professional logistics transportation methods suitable for sanitary ware products to ensure safe delivery. Standard delivery time varies according to the destination and logistics conditions. Generally, domestic delivery takes 5–10 working days, and international delivery takes 10–25 working days. The delivery time is for reference only, and the actual time is subject to logistics transportation progress.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on product quantity, weight, volume and delivery destination. The specific shipping cost will be displayed and confirmed on the order page before payment. All shipping fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in official preferential activities.
Shipment Inspection & Loss Description
Sanitary ware products are fragile goods. We will use professional shockproof and crashproof packaging for all products. Customers are required to inspect the package and goods immediately upon receipt.
If you find package damage, product breakage, shortage or other abnormal situations, please take photos and videos as evidence and contact our customer service in a timely manner. We will verify the situation and provide corresponding solutions as soon as possible. No compensation or replacement will be provided for unreported problems after long-term receipt.
Logistics Delay
We will arrange shipment in the fastest way, but we do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by objective factors, including bad weather, customs inspection, logistics suspension, force majeure and other uncontrollable situations. We will actively track the logistics status and assist customers in solving problems.
Policy Update
We reserve the right to update and adjust the shipping policy without prior notice. All orders shall comply with the shipping policy in effect at the time of order placement.
